After trailing 3 points going into the 2nd half, SCF Basketball put their foot down, and earned a hard-fought victory over #9 ranked Gulf Coast State College 105-94.

Skylar Wicks was the star of the game for the Manatees, scoring an astounding 43 points (a career-high), continuing his torrid run over the last few weeks. Wicks was 13-20 from the floor while making 11-13 free throws.

Ametri Moss finished 2nd on the team with 16 total points. Moss, Isaiah Josue, Cobey Harraway, Ronnail Tape, in addition to Wicks all scored at least 10 points. 

Josh Ijeh led the team with 11 rebounds.

The Manatees outscored Gulf Coast in the 2nd half 57-43 in the 2nd half, putting any doubts to rest that they had the game in hand. The 105 points scored marks a season-high for the team. They have won a season-long 8 in-a-row.
