The SCF Manatees Softball girls are on fire! They continue to pound out hits and score runs at an incredible rate!

In game #1, the Manatees won 5-1 despite being out-hit 5-7. The game was tied 1-1 until the 8th inning when Paige Aldred came through with a bases-loaded single that plated 2 runs. In the circle, Sammi Grat shut down Eastern Florida over 8-innings, allowing 7 hits, 1 run, walking 5, and striking out 2. 

In game #2, the Manatees won in a shortened 5-inning game, 13-5. SCF pounded 15 hits! Leadoff hitter, Taylor Engman, set the table reaching base 4 times. Brittney Pressler was a beast at the plate and in the circle. She went 2-3 at the dish and reached base 3 times. She earned the win allowing 1 run over 5 innings, striking out 5.
