The freshman tennis player held down the #3 line on the 2018-19 tennis team. Sara's performance throughout the season was instrumental in the Manatees 5th place finish at nationals. Individually she was ranked 25th in the nation and her team ranked 6th in the nation. She and her doubles partner, Zeba Jamal, finished the season ranked 5th in the nation. Ramirez Goncalves finished the regular season with a 9-2 record in singles. She earned 3.90 GPA earning All-Conference and All-State Academic Honors. She is nominee for the NJCAA All-Academic team.
